Deputy General Manager Legal Corporate & Regulatory Affairs 8–10 Years Up to 45 Years
Junior Management Position – Legal Legal Affairs 3–4 Years Up to 33 Years

Deputy General Manager Legal – Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
  • Provide legal support for oil & gas infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on real estate transactions, shipping, and international trade.
  • Support joint ventures, partnerships, and new business structures.
  • Handle procurement, banking, and financing legal matters.
  • Oversee labor laws, employment contracts, and deeds.
  • Supervise legal compliance programs and legal teams.
  • Represent the company before regulatory and quasi-judicial forums.

Junior Management Position – Key Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation cases through external legal counsels.
  • Draft and review agreements, MOUs, addendums, and legal opinions.
  • Provide legal advisory support to internal departments.
  • Review contracts for compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Monitor legal and statutory developments affecting the business.

Educational Requirements

Candidates must possess a Law Degree from an HEC-recognized university. Solicitor, Bar-at-Law, or LL.M qualifications will be considered an added advantage for both positions.

Additional Preference: Experience with regulatory authorities and strong drafting, interpretation, and communication skills will enhance selection chances.
